Abby Frucht is the author of two short story collections: Fruit of the Month, for which she received the Iowa Short Fiction Prize, and The Bell at the End of a Rope (Narrative Library, 2012). Her five published novels—Snap; Licorice; Are You Mine?; Life Before Death; and Polly’s Ghost—have been released as eBooks from Dzanc Book’s reprint series. A recipient of a Best of the Web Award, Frucht lives in Wisconsin and has served for many years as a mentor and advisor at Vermont College of Fine Arts.
