Doug Sovern

Doug Sovern is the author of TweetHeart, the first Twitter novel, told entirely in the protagonist’s first-person tweets. For his work in journalism he has received numerous National Headliner and Edward R. Murrow awards, as well as Sigma Delta Chi awards from the Society of Professional Journalists. He is also a four-time winner of the AP/Mark Twain Award for Radio Reporter of the Year. A graduate of Brown University, Sovern lives in Oakland.
