Richard Smolev is the author of the novel Offerings (Academy Chicago Publishers, 2012). A practicing attorney for nearly forty years, he was born in Buffalo, New York, and earned degrees from Columbia University and Northwestern Law School. Smolev lives in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
