Skip Horack

Skip Horack raised in Covington, Louisiana, and attended Florida State University. His short story collection The Southern Cross (Mariner Books, 2009) won the Bread Loaf Writers Conference 2008 Bakeless Fiction Prize. Horack teaches at Stanford University, where he was also a Wallace Stegner Fellow. He lives in San Francisco with his wife.
