Jenny Factor’s poetry collection Unraveling at the Name (Copper Canyon Press, 2002) received the 2001 Hayden Carruth Award and was named a finalist for the Lambda Literary Award. With a BA in anthropology from Harvard and Radcliffe and an MFA in poetry from Bennington College, Factor has worked as a university lecturer, a contract archeologist, and a freelance writer and editor. She lives in Los Angeles, where she serves as MFA faculty for Antioch University’s creative writing program.
