Chloé Yelena Miller received an MFA in creative writing from Sarah Lawrence. Her essays, fiction, and poetry have been published in anthologies, and she was a finalist in Narrative’s First Annual Poetry Contest. Miller teaches writing at Fairleigh Dickinson University and at Northampton Community College. She lives in Ann Arbor.

on toast, licked our fingers.
