Heather Brittain Bergstrom

Heather Brittain Bergstrom was raised in a small farming town in eastern Washington. Her work has been published in several literary journals and is included in the anthology Falling Backwards: Stories of Fathers and Daughters (Hourglass Books, 2004). A finalist for the Nelson Algren Award, she received an MFA in 2005 and lives in Northern California. Bergstrom’s story “Shallow Sea” was a finalist in Narrative’s 2008 Love Story Contest.
