Heather Brittain Bergstrom

Heather Brittain Bergstrom was raised in a small farming town in Eastern Washington. Her story “Celilo Falls” won Second Place in Narrative’s First-Person Story Contest, and “Reading Henry James in the Suburbs” won First Place in the Fall 2010 Story Contest. Bergstrom’s debut novel is entitled Steal the North. A finalist for the Nelson Algren Award, she received an MFA from Chico State and lives in Northern California with her husband and two children.
