Jennifer Haigh is the author of four novels: Mrs. Kimble, winner of the 2004 PEN/Hemingway Award for outstanding debut fiction; Baker Towers, for which she received the PEN/L. L. Winship Award for an outstanding book by a New England writer; The Condition; and Faith (2011). Born in 1968 in western Pennsylvania, Haigh earned an MFA in fiction from the Iowa Writers’ Workshop and lives near Boston.
