Valerie Trueblood was born and raised in Virginia and graduated from Brown University. She has published numerous works of fiction, including the novel in stories Seven Loves, a Barnes & Noble Discover Great New Writers pick, as well as the story collections Search Party, Marry or Burn, Terrarium, and Criminals. She lives in Seattle.
