I had just subscribed to Narrative when I came across Michael McGriff's "Drinking at the Rusted Oyster". If it hadn't been 7:00 in the morning, I'd have gone down to the the San Francisco dock, popped a brewsky, and watched the fishing boats come in. For anyone who has been brought up by a body of water, the poem puts you right back there. Thanks for the memories...
