Stories and Collections: If you ordered a collection or story, you now have full online access to your purchase for one year. The collections and stories are accessible through the Store page and the Archive pages.
Stories may also be downloaded as PDF files onto your own hard drive for use at any time. We ask that you honor copyright laws and only use Narrative PDF files for your personal enjoyment. This helps protect the rights of our authors and our nonprofit organization. The download feature is displayed as a PDF-download icon in the right column of the story’s title page.
Physical Items: If you ordered physical items such as gear, DVDs, and CDs, your items will be shipped to you.
Receipt: Authorize.Net will send you an email for the credit card transaction. Narrative magazine will also send you a receipt for the donation. If you do not receive these in ten minutes or so, please check your spam folder/settings to see if the messages are hung up there.

Returns Policy: Narrative accepts returned items for exchange in the case of any defective goods or of any incorrect item (different item than was ordered). In the case of an item for return, please notify us by email as soon as you receive the item; tell us the problem with the item, and provide your name, email address, and phone number, and we will send you return instructions or contact you for further information. Any item for exchange must be returned to us within fifteen days from the time you received it. Please note: Shipping charges are refundable only if your return is a result of an error made by Narrative. If your item is damaged owing to improper handling by a shipping carrier, you will need to contact them separately. However, problems of this sort occur only very rarely.
